★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 謎の黒麺……「1日限定20食」があるとのことで、小息子を連れて行きました。駐車場はないので、近くのパーキングに車を停めて来店。前々から通りがかり気になっていたラーメン屋さんでした。店構えでは、割と広い店内を予測してましたが、カウンター8席のみ。偶々席が空いていたので待たずに着席出来ました。我が小息子も様々なジャンルを食べ歩いてきたので、何のためらいもなく、着席。おかみさん1人で切り盛りしているようで注文制です。お品書きは4品とご飯。迷わず黒麺と小息子支那そばを注文。待つこと程なく、食事が出来ました。黒麺は皆様の投稿通りの辛さ……不思議な辛さで、スープが黒い。但しとてつもなく辛いわけではない辛さ……で、あとに引かない辛さのあるスープでした。一方の小息子は口にあったようで完食。ご馳走様でした。

I was able to sit without waiting because the seat was vacant. My little son has been eating various genres, so he sat down without any hesitation. It seems to be chopped up by one person. There are 4 dishes and rice. Don't hesitate to order black noodles and a small son Sana Soba. I was able to eat without waiting. Black noodles are just as spicy as everyone's posted. However, it was a spicy soup that wasn't too spicy. One small son seemed to be in his mouth and finished eating. It was a treat.

名物は、1日限定数食の「黒麺」。醤油をそのまま入れた様な色のスープですが、そこまで濃くなくあっさりと頂けます。
肉食の私は、毎回トロットロのチャーシューがのった肉麺。ご飯が無料というのも嬉しいサービスです。

Meat meal is meat noodle that Tororo's chasseeu gave each time. It is also a nice service that rice is free.

私は「肉麺」を頼み、嫁さんは「黒麺」を注文✨
「黒麺」はネーミング通り真っ黒❗️
スープは南蛮の辛さかなと思います?結構辛いです?辛いのが苦手な人はお勧めしないかな?
逆に「肉麺」は優しいスープでチャーシューがトロッとしていて美味しかった?
私的には「肉麺」押し❗️
女将さんの対応も良く雰囲気の良いお店でした?

I think the soup is spicy nanban ? It's quite spicy ? I wouldn't recommend it to people who don't like spicy ?
On the contrary, "meat noodles" was a gentle soup and the char siu was delicious ?
I personally push "meat noodles" ❗️

前にも一度訪れましたが、不定休なのか、営業していませんでした。
再チャレンジして入店しました。
カウンターのみのお店で、６人くらい座れます。
今回は肉麺を頼みました。味はあっさりした支那蕎麦で、とろけるチャーシューでした。
今度は黒麺を食べたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 盛岡へ出掛けました。事前にリークしていた、はすの屋さんへ。静かな佇まいの通りに小料理屋のような雰囲気のカウンターのみのお店です。支那麺650円を頂きました。私はラーメンが好きですが、専門的な味の表現力はありません。あっさりとゆう言葉で紹介するにおこがましい味が澄み切っているスープにじんわり✨見た目冷や麦みたいだけど、しっかりラーメンの麺です。スルスルッ気持ちよく口に入ります。そしてチャーシューは、ロールされて厚みもありインパクトありますが、食べると溶けます！なくなります。どうしたらこんなラーメンを作ることができるんでしょうか……。はるばる来た甲斐がありました?女性店主さん一人でお店を営業してます。ですがアクセクとかセワシナクなんてなく、ゆったりした空間でラーメンを味わう至福なひとときでした。会計の際に、店主さんが「寒くて足元凍ってますから気を付けて」と柔らかな笑顔で掛けて下さった言葉が、このお店の味を物語っていました。盛岡では沢山の美味しい料理を堪能しましたが、帰ってきてから

カウンター席で7人ほど座れます。
店の作りは小さい居酒屋だったのだと思います。
黒麺を食べました。
スープが黒くてピリッと辛さがきます。
でもベースは塩かと思います。
麺は細麺で白っぽいです。
チャーシューは濃いめの味付けで柔らかい。
以外に美味しくてビックリ！
あっという間に食べちゃった！
