赤酢のお寿司で、最高
素材、握り具合最高
自分たちは、ランチを利用させて頂き、
コース
13巻、17巻で、選べますが
10000円のコースでお願いしました。
今は、ソーシャルディスタンスもしており、
カウンターは、2組で、自分達は、3人なので、
テーブル席でした。
初めは、松本酒造さんのマツモトという日本酒
口に入れた時の、優しさと、喉を通る時の感覚が
ピリッとして、お寿司を邪魔しなくて、
すごく美味しい。

コチ、アカハタ、墨烏賊
蛤、シャコ
車海老
サヨリ、さわら
漬けマグロ、中トロ
ウニ、いくら
穴子、かんぴょう、玉子焼き
マグロが美味しすぎて、
あといくらの粒の大きさと、皮が引っかからない感じがたまらない
あと、穴子もふわふわで美味しいです。
その中でも
タレが最高‼️
ついついこの4巻を追加でオーダー
あと日本酒
松本をひやで3号飲んでしまった。
すごく気持ちよく、美味しい
幸せのひとときでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しかったです！さすが京都の一流寿司屋といった具合でピリッとした独特の空気が漂っていました。最初に飲み物について聞かれますが、メニューはないので注意。
It was delicious! As expected, there was a unique atmosphere like a first-class sushi restaurant in Kyoto. You will be asked about drinks first, but be aware that there is no menu.
