Minus 1 star, because the actual tsukemen was just okay. The noodles felt more like pasta. The dipping sauce was good by itself, but it seems like it’s unable to hold on to the ramen when you dip it. Good for trying one time though.

The broth is delicate and full of flavour, and the mousse brings it to the next level. The meat is tender and juicy.
Lovely interior design and service, the elevator bringing you back up to the street feels very exclusive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting concept! And I could feel the strong flavor of truffle. The noodles were so chewy. But I couldn’t feel the calm broth in the soup. It was good in general, but somehow I feel like I wouldn’t like to go there again. I got a normal dipped ramen and it was around ¥1,500.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place. High level everything. Noodles, dipping sauce, meats. Wasn’t sure about the foam mixed in but gave a nice creaminess to everything. A little pricy but highly recommended. English language on the ticket machine!
