★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unassuming but every bit Japanese, this is by far the best ramen experience I’ve had in Tokyo. They were welcoming to me, a solo foreigner with little Japanese langage (menu is in Japanese and staff speak very little English ) and made me feel worthwhile to be in their beautiful, clean and delicious restaurant. Note there are only 6 seats so expect a queue out the front and around the corner. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would fully appreciate this ramen without long waiting. The broth was like French consommé delicately extracted and their service to keep their quality was so special that e.g. when a woman went to a toilet just before her eating, a staff man put a ramen bowl on her table, she got back later and he removed the bowl and served a new ramen bowl for her. I hoped everybody had done it before eating watching it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Timed ticket is distributed at 9am for lunch and 4pm for dinner so no need for the long wait at the spot. It’s a small restaurant with only six seats. Very clean and polite.
Food is amazing. The broth taste so clean. Will definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hachigo, not Hashigo. Went around 5pm one random Tue. Given a ticket and asked to wait for maybe 30min...sure people who i assume came earlier kept going ahead of me but got in 10-15min or so... Vendo style... Very small (6 seats) and but very cozy, much classier than usual ramen spots. Masters making the ramen in front of the counter. The ramen was excellent with very light clean soup, salt used imported from France. Pork chashu equally great. Noodles were exquisite. Couldve ordered more noodles but they dont permit it.
