もともとスッキリ中華そば系が好きなので無理かなと思いつつ興味が勝り初来店しました。二郎系はボリューム的に無理そうなので特製ラーメン(背脂少なめ)をチョイス。 予想通り塩味脂強めでした。 が、煮干しの出汁が効いてて嫌いでない味でした。 ただ、煮卵もチャーシューも冷たく、ラーメン全体が冷めてしまっていたのが大きくマイナスです。
Originally I like refreshing Chinese noodles, so I thought it would be impossible, but my interest was overwhelming and I visited the store for the first time. Jiro's ramen seems to be impossible in terms of volume, so I chose a special ramen (less backfat). As expected, the salty fat was strong. However, the soup stock of dried sardines worked and it was a taste I didn't dislike. However, the boiled egg and the char siu were cold, and the whole ramen was cold, which is a big minus.

平日12時訪問。スタッフさん2名で対応しているせいか食べ終わった人がいても器はそのままの席が目立ちました。 自分の後ろに並んでいた人も待ちきれなくて帰る方2名居ました。 せっかく繁盛しているのに勿体ないと感じました。 ラーメンの味は二郎系とは言えませんがあっさりしていて美味しかったです。 味は星4です。 自分が入店してから帰るまで野菜マシにしてた2名の客が食べれず残してたのがイラっとしました。 食べれないならマシにしないでほしい。

確かに塩味は強いけれど、それ以上に煮干しの香りと匂いが強い。 一見大きなチャーシューは極薄。 ランチタイムで大盛り無料でオーダーしたが、普通に完食。 蕎麦のような色合いの太い麺は独特だが、食べ難さはない。 つば二郎にしないと厚切りは選べないのは残念。

Not great. The eggs were cold, the broth was fatty (OK I guess, for this style of ramen, but the flavor was also off), and the chashu slices, although served in generous portions, were even colder than the eggs. I was hungry, but didn't bother finishing it. Two star review instead of one because the portions are HUGE if you're hungry.
