時間に余裕が無いときでも、in timeラーメンできる気がする。。。
Is it because it's inside the station? There was no sense of speed, the food arrived in a blink of an eye, and the turnover of customers was about 1.5 to 2.0 times! !!
I feel like I can do in-time ramen even when I don't have enough time. .. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅の中で、沼津魚がし寿司と、浜松餃子で有名な石松の間に挟まれたお店。
並んでいる間に人数を聞かれメニューを渡されて選んでいたので待ち時間も苦ではなく、入店する前に入り口で注文を聞かれ、アルコール消毒をして席に案内されます。
席にあるコップにルイボスティーを注いで一息ついていると、すぐにラーメンが来ました。
早くて驚きました。
私は野菜赤丸。
ほんの少しのピリ辛が旨辛く、野菜が麺よりもたっぷりな印象で、キャベツ、玉ねぎのみじん切り、もやしのシャキシャキ感、そしてキクラゲの歯応え。
ボリュームもあるけど罪悪感もなくお腹いっぱい。
その分替え玉はしなくて済んだので。
とんこつ臭くなくて、ルイボスティーで口の中さっぱり。
ルイボスティーが苦手な方はお冷いただけるそうです。
一口餃子は、少し小ぶりで柚子胡椒を少しつけると、浜松餃子と違って肉感たっぷりの餃子でもさわやかにいただけます。
一風堂のアプリ登録でクーポンを使えました。
レジにお時間かかってるという印象は並んでいた時も、自分の会計時も思いました。
もやし？と高菜はお店の方に言えば提供していただけるそうですが、そんなシステム知りませんでした。
テーブルに置く事を廃止したが注文すれば提供してくれるとか知ってる人しか利用出来ないのは残念だったなぁ。
Inside the station, the restaurant is sandwiched between Numazu Uogashi Sushi and Ishimatsu, which is famous for Hamamatsu dumplings.
While I was lining up, I was asked the number of people and handed over the menu, so I didn't have to wait too long, so before I entered the store, I was asked to order at the entrance, disinfected with alcohol, and guided to my seat.
As I poured rooibos tea into the cup in my seat and took a breather, the ramen came immediately.
I was surprised at how fast it was.
I'm a vegetable red circle.
The slightly spicy taste is spicy, and the vegetables are more plentiful than the noodles. The cabbage, chopped onions, the crispy texture of the bean sprouts, and the texture of the wood ear mushrooms.
There is volume, but I am full without feeling guilty.
Because I didn't have to do that replacement ball.
It doesn't smell like pork bones, and it has a refreshing taste with rooibos tea.
Those who are not good at rooibos tea can get cold.
The bite-sized dumplings are a little small, and if you add a little yuzu pepper, you can refresh the dumplings with plenty of flesh unlike Hamamatsu dumplings.
I was able to use the coupon by registering the Ippudo app.
I had the impression that it took a long time to check out, both when I was lined up and when I was accounting.
Bean sprouts? Takana is said to be offered to the shop, but I didn't know such a system.
I abolished putting it on the table, but it was a pity that only people who knew that it would be provided if I ordered it could use it.

There is much better ramen in hamamatsu though if you are willing to walk a bit.

Part of the station, so it can get busy with tons of people there, but it is very nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally got to try the Ippudo ramen, and it was delicious! Love the tonkotsu based soup. Added an extra soft-boiled egg and gyoza. The gyoza comes with yuzu koshou (salty citron pepper?), a famous Kyushu seasoning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pork based ramen. Portion was quite large. I ordered with 10 small dumplings(gyouza) which was the best combination. You can ask the staffs for extra garlic or ginger for additional seasoning. Price also okay. Easy to access because it’s located inside the station.
