★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 藤沢(神奈川県)に本店がある横浜家系の松壱家が2か月前に浜松市街地に店舗を出したので初利用。
平塚の店舗と静岡県中部にFC店出していた時に利用。久しぶりの松壱家ですが満足しました。横浜家系の中では好きなラーメン屋です。
注文品は醤油豚骨特ラーメン大盛り、海苔増し。麺硬め、味濃い目。1140円、

醤油豚骨らーめんを細麺で麺固めで頂きました⭐
(締めのラーメンはあっさりがいいなぁ。。。きっと濃いラーメンはもたれるよなぁ。。)って思ってましたが?
もたれる事がなく美味しく頂く事が出来ました? 4軒で飲んで? 深夜12時を超えたからの家系らーめん！ 自分の胃が強くなったのかなぁ。。?

家系ラーメンのお店です。
今回は醤油豚骨ラーメンを食べました。
一般的な家系ラーメンです。
乳化したスープと歯ごたえのいい麺
トッピングはうずら卵とほうれん草、
海苔が３枚です。
ベーシックな家系ラーメンかもしれませんが、
最近はこのようなトッピングは少なくなったので、
とてもいいと思います。
また、全日白ごはん食べ放題なのもいいところです。
本当に平均的な家系ラーメンだと思います。
ただ、何かパンチがある要素があれば、
尚よかったと思います。
他の沢山ある家系ラーメンと同じく、
ニンニクを入れると、ニンニクに負けてしまいます。
日にち限定で二郎系らーめんも出していたりするので、
一度行ってみてもいいと思います。

麺の固さ、味の濃さ、脂の量が好みでセレクトできる仕組みになっているのがいいですね！
店員さんも元気良く出迎えてくれます！
肝心の味は美味しい！
しかし、良くある家系ラーメンて感じで誰が食べても文句はなさそうですね！
トッピングやセットメニューも充実していてその日の気分で色々選べるのは◎だと思います！

お店はカウンター、デーブル席がありました。
メニューはそんなに多くはないですが
太麺、細麺を選べるところが素敵でした。
食べたのは塩豚骨ネギラーメン。
美味しかったのですが、汁がぬるい。
それがとても残念です
家系ラーメンは好きなのですが
ここはもっとコクがあれば売れるかと。
接客ももっと明るくしたらいいと思います。
また機会があればお伺いします

チャーシューラーメン醤油豚骨を食べましたが、味うんぬん以前に接客がどうかと感じてしまい最低評価です。同じお金を払うならはままつ魂心家で気持ちよく食べたい！二度と行きません。
入店して"いらっしゃいませ"の声は聞こえるも店員同士で雑談を続けていること、
お金の投入口を探していると奥から"金額は左上ですよ"と近付きもせず勘違いの声かけをされたこと、
注文聞きもダルそうな感じで嫌なイメージだったこと、
店員の身なりに清潔感が感じられないこと、
ご飯おかわり無料について壁には案内あるも説明がなかったこと、
などが理由です。
店員2人だけでしたが忙しい様子でもありませんでした。
あとからクチコミ見たら他にも同じようなコメントがたくさんあり、ホントにいつもあの状態かと思い残念な気持ちになりました。
