雰囲気もやや、昭和っぽい感じで居心地が良いです。
カウンター席、座敷、手洗い、マンガ、灰皿完備。
この店舗は密かに上質な肉を仕入れています。

店主と奥さんも感じが良い方で、いい時間を過ごせる事、
お約束致します。
※ 他のお客のタバコの臭いが気になるので、星を一つ減らしました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 掛塚街道沿いにある老舗ラーメン店「どさん子」さん?最近、店内と駐車場が広くなり、かなり入りやすくなりました✨こだわりの味噌ラーメンがたくさんあり、コンプリートせずにはいられない。持ち帰りの焼き餃子もあります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 45年営業しているだけあって、店舗はかなり年季が入っています。カウンター席以外は、座敷席になります。札幌ラーメンといえば味噌ですが、赤練、黒練など、いろんなバリエーションがあります。今日は奮発して900円の金練を注文しました。こくがあっていい香りの味噌、あぶって香ばしいチャーシューなどに加えて、「金箔」がトッピングされていたのにはビックリ。ゴージャス感いっぱいです。味も私の好みど真ん中でした。カウンターにいた、ご近所と思われるおじさん方はみんな定食を召し上がっていました。

どさん子って、何年振りだろう？前に行ったのがいつかも、どんなメニューだったのかも思い出せなかったのですが、今日は札幌味噌ラーメンが食べたくて初めてこの店に来ました。
昼時、常連さんがたくさん来ていました。
最近できた新しい味噌ラーメン、昔からの味噌ラーメンとありましたが、自分の頼んだ味噌野菜がどの味噌なのかは不明。
でも香ばしく炒められた野菜にしっくりするちょっと濃いめの味噌スープはサイコーです。次はちゃんと意識して元祖味噌ラーメンを注文しよう！
それと、その他のメニューも頼んでみたいので、また行こうと思います。

北海道産生みそ100%使用のスープは、やや辛口で濃厚な味わい。
太縮れ麺との相性も良く、どこか懐かしさを感じる味わい。
厚切りで大振りなチャーシューは、今やなかなか見掛けなくなった歯応えの有る香ばしいモノ。
因みに、駐車場は店舗東隣1〜7番。
