時	時岡さなえ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのレビューに飛魚出汁を使っているかもしれないとあったので入ってみた。早速店員さんに聞いてみた。あご出汁ではないそうだ。天麩羅うどんの大盛りを頼んだ。美味しかった。出汁は薄味。広島に来て毎日ラーメンやお好み焼きを食べているので薄味が却ってありがたい。出汁の温度が鍋焼うどんのそれとまではいかないが高温だった。そういえば讃岐のうどんはこんな高温の出汁を出している店はなかったな。麺は柔らかいが適当な硬さだった。三つ葉がいいアクセントだ。天麩羅は海老だった。尻尾が香ばしくていい。値段は讃岐なら夜に空いている店の値段だ。 I mentioned in the review here that I might be using flying fish soup stock, so I went in. I immediately asked the clerk. It's not chin soup stock. I ordered a large serving of tempura udon. was delicious. The soup stock has a light taste. I come to Hiroshima and eat ramen and okonomiyaki every day, so I'm grateful for the light taste. The temperature of the soup stock was not as high as that of Nabeyaki udon. Speaking of which, Sanuki udon didn't have such a hot soup stock. The noodles were soft but of moderate hardness. The trefoil is a nice accent. Tempura was a shrimp. The tail can be fragrant. The price is the price of a vacant store at night in Sanuki.

I heard that it was a long time in the city and I thought I would finish lunch in this area and go home, so I visited for the first time. It was a very difficult atmosphere to enter because I was alone, but I took the courage to enter the store. Then, I was relieved to hear the order from a very friendly grandmother. T	The Roses on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family run business. English and tourist friendly. Amazing broth and homemade udon that is prepared daily by hand. We enjoyed Niku Udon (beef) and Miso Nabe. The Miso Nabe, I was expecting more tofu, chicken and mushroom. It was very limited.

Ippu udon is understated, relaxed & a bit run-down, but has so much charm & delivers on tasty, handmade noodle dishes. The warm Musubi rice-balls, the noodle sets with raw quails eggs, the bowls with a side-spout, seating at narrow tables or raised platforms at low tables, the spinning wheel motif on the paper door- all part of the Ippu charm. Check our the yellowing copy of the first edition #GetHiroshima map (2004) on the wall near the door for a blast from the past.
