★ ★ ★ ★ ★ えい蔵ラーメンを注文した。脂ですが何か？と言わんばかり。具もシンプルである。地下にあり、少し暗くて入りにくいけど、味は油っぽく、しっかり味が絡んで美味しい麺だった。白米をオススメしたくなる。
卵がけご飯では味が濃すぎて失敗した。
個人的に店内のゴチャゴチャしたお酒のディスプレイを片付けて、もっとラーメンを推して欲しい。
 I ordered Eizo ramen. What is fat? I just said. The ingredients are also simple. It's in the basement and it's a little dark and hard to get in, but the taste is oily and the noodles are delicious with a strong taste. I want to recommend white rice.
Egg-covered rice was too strong in taste and failed.
Personally, I would like you to clean up the messy liquor display in the store and recommend more ramen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 多摩センター駅の近くにある背脂ちゃぷちゃぷ系ラーメンのえい蔵にいきました。
いろいろな種類のラーメンがあるようでかなり悩んでしまいます。スタミナえい蔵ラーメンも気になりましたが、やはり最初は普通のえい蔵ラーメンから行くことにしました。
えい蔵ラーメン。見た目からすごいです。背脂いっぱい。ニンニクどかん。麺は中太麺。
これは期待大だと思って食べてみると、あれっ味がしない。ぬめっとしか感じのみで、醤油の味がしません。もしや醤油ダレを入れ忘れたのではないかというレベルでした。下の方に溜まったままなのかもしれないと混ぜてみたのですが、あまり変わらず。ちょっと残念な感じでした。（本当に作り方間違ったのではないかと未だに疑っています。再チャレンジの必要性があるかも。）
I went to Eizo, a back fat chapu chapu ramen near Tama center station.
It seems that there are various kinds of ramen and I am quite troubled. I was also interested in Stamina Eikura Ramen, but at first I decided to go from the usual Eikura Ramen.
Eizo ramen. It looks great. Back fat is full. Garlic cans. Noodles are medium thick noodles.
If you think that this is a big expectation and eat it, it won't taste. It only feels dull and does not taste soy sauce. It was at the level that I probably forgot to add soy sauce. I tried to mix it with the lower one, but it didn't change much. I felt a little disappointed. (I still doubt that it was really wrong. I may need to re-challenge.)

他にもラーメンのメニューは豊富で1店舗で色々な系統のラーメンが食べれるお店
居酒屋兼のようだけどもっとラーメンを推してもいいのでは
単品でうまい店は他にもあるけど総合力では多摩センターで1番のラーメン屋だと思う
場所的に女性は入りづらいと思うから女性スタッフを増やすとか工夫した方が良さそう

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近くの気になるお店に行ったらお休み…居酒屋のラーメンかと思いながら、「スタミナえい蔵」と「えび豚骨」を頼みました。そこまで期待してなかったので食べてビックリ！普通に旨いラーメンじゃないですか！豚骨ベースで種類もいろいろあり、なかなかのこってりトロトロ具合。これはなかなかいけます！次は違う味を食べに行きたいです。
I took a rest when I went to a nearby shop ... I thought it was ramen from an izakaya, but I ordered "Stamina Eizo" and "Shrimp Tonkotsu". I didn't expect that much, so I was surprised to eat it! Isn't it a delicious ramen? There are various types based on pork bones, and it is quite thick. This is pretty good! Next time I want to go eat a different taste.

スタミナえい蔵ラーメンオーダー、ふりかけごはん。
表現が難しい。
単純に背脂が多く、ニンニク入り、というだけで、味もあまりせず‥‥‥‥
居酒屋が、ラーメンを出してる、といった感じで考えるのがベストなのかも。
※後日食べた辛みそのラーメンは、そこそこの味でした。これについては★★★で。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 多摩センター駅直ぐの地下に入っていく居酒屋兼ラーメン屋。良い意味で期待を裏切られたラーメン！飲んだあと最後の〆で出す居酒屋のラーメンと想像していたけど、出てきたのは本格的なラーメンで驚いた。飲み屋のつまみの延長のメニューじゃなく、ラーメン屋として十分成り立つ立派なラーメンだった。 元々ラーメン屋さんだったのがアルコールを提供して、つまみのメニューが増えていったのかな？ 注文したのは画像なないけど「スタミナ えい蔵ラーメン」850円。おろしにんにくの利いたパンチのあるラーメン。パンチがあるのにスープはくどくなく、ラーメンも太麺のちよっと風変りな麺で旨かった。ラーメンは色々種類があり、近々別のラーメンも食べてみたい。「一杯入魂」に偽り無！旨かった！

It wasn't an extension of the bar's knobs, but a good ramen that was well established as a ramen shop. Originally a ramen shop served alcohol, and the menu of snacks increased? I didn't order the image, but "Stamina Eizo Ramen" was 850 yen. Ramen with a punchy grated garlic. The soup wasn't too bad despite the punch, and the ramen was delicious with the slightly eccentric noodles of the thick noodles. There are various types of ramen, and I'd like to try another ramen soon. There is no lie in "one cup of soul"! It was delicious!

ラーメン屋兼居酒屋という感じのお店。
ラーメンを食べるだけでも良いと思いますし、居酒屋として利用して締めのラーメンまでというのもありだと思います。
席はテーブル、座敷、カウンター席とあります。
店内の座敷やテーブル席は居酒屋といった感じですが、店員さんの雰囲気はラーメン屋といった感じです。
居酒屋も兼ねているので注文して最後にお会計です。
3連休の中日の日曜夜遅めに行きました。
飲みの団体客が1組いるだけで、意外と空いていました。
ラーメンはこってりしたスープの中麺がいい感じです。
替え玉は細麺でした。
替え玉チャレンジや大食いチャレンジのポスターも貼ってありました。
支払いはクレジットカード可能でした。
