The thick soup has a slight ammonia odor, but it seems that the super-rich soup is extracting chicken and vegetable extracts while suppressing it as much as possible. I think this menu was an adventure as one of the best in the world, but I think it is a wonderful workmanship. If this was the case, I was convinced even without the char siu. Even if you order white rice and add it, it is absolutely delicious. Sometimes ramen is out of the ordinary and becomes popular. For example, Ramen Jiro is ramen, not ramen. Some people say that it is a noodle genre called Jiro. Tenkaippin's richness may have been such an existence, but I think that super-richness can become a popular menu that is just out of the ordinary. Fortunately, I was able to eat it, but I hope that the day will come when this super-rich menu can be eaten normally at any store, and that many Tenkaippin fans will be able to scream.

I had eaten it once when I was in Sagamihara, but I don't remember the taste clearly, so I had it at another store near me.
