借りてから2年後に給水菅から水漏れで下の階のお台所の天井からポタポタ…?
住宅の営繕担当の方が来たりして大変な事になり、困っていたところ。
電話連絡したら、夜遅くにも関わらず、すぐに来てくれて工事が即、出来るように家主とも話をしてくれました。
お陰で冬の寒い日に、遠いお風呂屋さんに行かずに済みましたし 、トイレもお台所が断水して使えなくなるところを免れました。
また、家の引渡し時も予定を２転したにも関わらず、こちらの時間に合わせて動いて下さり本当に感謝しかありません。
