★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 恵比寿駅西口を出てすぐ近くにある、店名通りのカウンター焼肉専門店であるこちら。カウンター席の奥には一応小さなテーブルスペースもあり、今回はそちらに陣取りました。赤身肉の3点盛りハーフ、ミスジを焼きつつ、お通しのコールスローを食べながらビールとハイボールで。0次会的な使い方もできるカジュアル感が良い感じですね。長居をする感じでは逆に言うとないかも知れません。
 This is a counter yakiniku specialty store, as the name suggests, near the west exit of Ebisu Station. There is also a small table space behind the counter seats, and this time I took up the position there. While grilling a 3-piece half of lean meat, a blade steak, and eating a regular coleslaw with beer and highball. 0 It's a nice casual feeling that can be used like a meeting. On the contrary, it may not be the feeling of staying longer.

恵比寿駅近くのちょっとした隠れ家感のある雰囲気で、良い時間が過ごせるとおもいます。店内は狭く、入り口付近は若干寒いですが、それを考慮しても一度は行くべきお店です。

I think you can spend a good time in an atmosphere with a little hideaway near Ebisu station. The inside of the shop is small and the entrance is a little cold, but even considering that, it is a shop that you should go to once.

個人的にはハラミ（タレ）がとてもおいしかったです。(写真はネギタン塩ですが…)
一皿の量や値段的に、そして店員の皆さんの接客も含め、一人焼肉にトライしてみたい人に特にオススメしたいです。
席はカウンターのみ。テーブルが狭いのでオーダーは一度にたくさん頼まず、空いたら次を頼むリレースタイルがいいと思います。
全身焼肉の匂いが付く覚悟で行きましょう。(笑)
It's delicious but reasonably priced, close to the station, and the staff are cheerful and polite.
Personally, the skirt steak (sauce) was very delicious. (The photo shows Negitan salt ...)
I would like to recommend it especially to those who want to try yakiniku alone, including the amount and price of one plate and the customer service of the staff.
Seats are only at the counter. Since the table is small, I think it's better to have a relay style where you don't order a lot at once and ask for the next one when it's available.
Be prepared to smell the whole body of grilled meat. (Lol)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11月の平日の夜に一人焼肉したくなって行きました。窓側の席だと寒いのであんま長居できないです。料理は一品料理がどれも美味しくて、個人的には「牛すじの煮込み（680円）」がまた食べたいです。肉はあまり自分の好みと会わずコスパが高く感じました。ホルモンの方がおすすめみたいなので今度はホルモンを食べてみたいです。
I wanted to roast alone on a weekday night in November. If it's a window seat, it won't stay long because it's cold. All the dishes are delicious, and I personally want to eat “Beef stew (680 yen)” again. The meat did not meet my taste so much and the cospa felt high. I want to eat hormones this time because I would like to recommend hormones.

焼いた時に出る煙も一緒に味わう。
久しぶりの訪問だが変わらず美味しいお肉達。
名物はボンハラミ200g。
山盛りのネギと一緒に食べるともう病みつき。
A yakiniku restaurant with only a smoke-filled counter.
You can also enjoy the smoke that comes out when you bake it.
It's been a long time since I visited, but the meat is still delicious.
The specialty is Bon Harami 200g.
I'm addicted to eating it with a heap of green onions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 狭い階段を登った雑居ビルの２Fにあるカウンターのみのこじんまりとしたお店。ちなみに祐天寺にもお店がありカウンター＋テーブルもけっこうあって広い空間でいろいろな用途に使えそう。
週末の夕方にのぞいたら満席でフラれ、平日夕方早めに行ってみました。
・良いところ：肉はちゃんと美味い。メニューに書いていなくても各種肉はハーフサイズが注文可能なので、一人でもいろいろ食べられる自由度がある。
・イマイチなところ：さすがに狭くてコロナの状況の中では換気もちょっと心配。
コスパは普通だと思います！
A small shop with only a counter on the 2nd floor of a multi-tenant building that climbs a narrow staircase. By the way, there is a shop in Yutenji, and there are quite a few counters and tables, so it can be used for various purposes in a large space.
When I peeked out on the evening of the weekend, it was full and I went early on weekday evening.
・ Good point: The meat is delicious. Even if you don't write it on the menu, you can order half-size meat, so you have the freedom to eat various kinds of meat by yourself.
・ Not good: Ventilation is a little worrisome in the corona situation because it is really narrow.
I think cospa is normal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 恵比寿駅から歩いて1分。雑居ビルの2階には一人焼肉が最高に捗るお店「焼肉おおにし」があります。
日本全国の焼肉屋を食べ歩いて記録しているブログ「焼肉図鑑」をつくっています。多くのお店を食べ歩く中で、このおおにしとも出会いました。
かなり狭い店内なのはご愛敬ですし、ガスロースターの台数に対して明らかに換気量が足りないのでは？といつも思う訳ですが、モクモクの状況も楽しめないと厳しいかも。
肉は注文後にカットする方式をとっており、オープンキッチン気味の厨房で調理のさまを見ながらワクワクして肉をまつのは一種のエンターテイメント感があります。
かなり隠し包丁をいれるのと、塩コショウを振ってくるタイプで、この肉の扱いには好みがわかれるかもですが、肉塊からカットされた肉達は、もちろん凍っているということは絶対にないですし、トングでつまむとデロっとした感覚が手に伝わり、それだけで美味しいことがわかります。
いままで10回ほど利用したことありますが、どちらかというと塩対応の店だと思います。仲良くなるとまた違うのかもしれませんが、私は一人で自分のタイミングで肉焼いて食べて出ていきたいタイプなので気になりません。
以前は深夜営業していたので、飲み会の後に一人で〆で焼肉という使い方もできましたが、現在ではそこまで夜遅くまでやらなくなったのが悲しいです。

I am making a blog "Yakiniku Encyclopedia" that records eating and walking around yakiniku restaurants all over Japan. While eating around many shops, I also met this man.
I admire the fact that the store is quite small, and the ventilation volume is clearly insufficient for the number of gas roasters. I always think, but it may be tough if you can't enjoy the mokumoku situation.
The meat is cut after ordering, and it is a kind of entertainment to squeeze the meat while watching the cooking in the kitchen, which is like an open kitchen.
It's a type that puts a lot of hidden knives and sprinkles salt and pepper, so you may have a preference for how to handle this meat, but of course the meat cut from the meat mass is never frozen. However, when you pinch it with tongs, you can feel the sensation of being sloppy, and you can see that it is delicious.
I've used it about 10 times so far, but I think it's a salt-friendly restaurant. It may be different when we get to know each other, but I don't care because I'm the type who wants to grill meat and eat at my own timing.
I used to be open late at night, so I could use it as yakiniku by myself after the drinking party, but now I'm sad that I didn't do it until late at night.
