★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼12時過ぎに伺いましたが、名物かつ限定10食の恵比寿丼まだありました。海苔、めちゃくちゃ乗ってるのに、さらに手巻き用の海苔も出てきます。
いくらの下に、とびっこ、だし巻き玉子、たくわんとネギトロが潜んでいて、パリパリの海苔で巻いて食べる。めちゃくちゃ美味しい！でも昔、いくら丼食べてる時に、いくらが爆ぜてシャツえらい事になったので、手巻きはやめて普通に食べました。
恵比寿駅まで、これで1200円はコスパ良すぎる。
 I visited after 12:00 noon, but there was still a specialty and limited 10 meals of Ebisu bowl. Even though the seaweed is messed up, there are also seaweed for manual winding.
Underneath the salmon roe, there are tobiko, dashimaki tamago, takuwan and negitoro, which are wrapped in crispy seaweed and eaten. Insanely delicious! But a long time ago, when I was eating salmon roe, how much it exploded and the shirt became a big deal, so I stopped hand-rolling and ate it normally.
To Ebisu station, 1200 yen is too good for cospa.

ランチの恵比寿丼と梅握りは1200円と驚きのリーズナブルな金額。
恵比寿丼は海苔を少しずつ巻いて食べるのがこちらでは流行りの様です。
大将の小粋なトークも個人的に嫌いじゃない。
Recently my favorite sushi restaurant in front of the west exit of Ebisu station.
Ebisu bowl and plum sushi for lunch are 1200 yen, which is a surprisingly reasonable price.
It seems to be popular here to eat Ebisu-don by rolling seaweed little by little.
I personally don't hate the general's small talk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly the hidden gem but rather easy to find. Great lunch with great value and large variety of fish in one bowl. Fresh, donburi is great, nigiriis good value too. Not a whole lot to criticize on service and price, standard Japanese omotenashi.
Despite all this people never line up too long.
