★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近くに住みながらノーマークだった。最初から最後までレベルの高い美味しい日本料理が味わえる。特に最高の天ぷらがコースの途中で出るのはこの辺では珍しくありがたい。日本酒とのマリアージュも楽しめた。大将女将の接客や人柄もよく大変いい店と思う。
It was no mark while living nearby. You can enjoy high-level delicious Japanese food from the beginning to the end. Especially, it is rare in this area that the best tempura comes out in the middle of the course. I also enjoyed the marriage with sake. I think it's a very good restaurant with good customer service and personality.

八寸から甘味までどれも絶品です。
中でも馬刺しのお味、柔らかさは驚きでした。天ぷらも変わらない美味しさでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名店で料理長をされていた大将。お料理はもちろん、お人柄も良くカウンターで美味しいお料理を頂きました。大将がチョイスされた日本酒も多くあり純米酒のお好きな方には、尚おススメです。次回は大将出身の熊本から取り寄せた「馬刺し」を頂きたいと思っています。カウンターメインなので、お一人でも大丈夫ですよ♪

弟と行きましたが、口に運ぶ度に「うま～！！」と喜んでおりました。
六味「酸味」「苦味」「甘味」「辛味」「塩味」「淡味」のバランスも素晴らしく、素材本来の味を引き出して下さっていたり、あえて癖のある食材をバランス良くアクセントに使われていたり、食感のバランスや雑味や食べやすさを追究しておられたり、手間暇をかけたお料理を最後まで発見と驚きでワクワクしながら楽しめました。
最初に生ビールをとりあえず頼みましたが、八寸の一つ一つのお味を胃に流し込んでしまうのが勿体無くて、早々に日本酒を頼みました。
好みの系統をお伝えしたら、料理にピッタリの物を提案して下さいます。
「もっと、お酒が強かったら良かったのに…。」と自分の体質を恨みました。(泣き)
色々、理屈っぽく書きましたが、本当に終始大満足で自信をもってお薦めできるお店です。
是非行ってみて下さい。ご馳走さまでしたー。
