私だけかも知れませんが、鍋物の味付けだけはいつも薄味に感じます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前から訪れたいお店でした。如何せん小生は、角野卓三ではないが、殆どのお店はおひとり様で伺っているので、１日２組限定故に、中々予約がとれませんでした。今回は、偶々コロナによるキャンセルと関東からの来客があったので予約が採れた。西陣のはずれ、堀川通紫明よりすこし入り込んだ路地裏にひっそり佇む隠れ家。６時過ぎに伺うと、女将がアテンド。コロナ過での体温、マスク、手指消毒の徹底の後、テーブル席へ案内。一軒家の町家に少し離れた位置にテーブル席が有り、話し声は聞こえない。勿論、好き嫌いやアレルギーへの対応もバッチリ。流石、和久傳OB。ミシュランガイドにも載るお店です。一つ一つの丁寧な仕事のお料理を楽しむ。又、ゆっくりと伺いたいお店です。
