ただ、コース途中で心拍計の使用が突然無くなったのは完全にマイナス要素だし、食事指導も糖質制限メインという雑さ加減。
タンパク質の摂取量に関しては全く触れず、ジムでもらったプロテインのタンパク質含有量も今ひとつ。
一人だと運動が続かないから、お金が掛かっても良いので身体を動かしてダイエットをしていきたいという人には向いている……のかな？
