★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中学校を卒業する息子にロードバイクを買い与える為に、色々訪問したお店の一軒です。息子は今まで軽快車には乗っていましたが、フレームが三角形のロードバイクには乗った事は無く不安だったのですが、催促しなくてもこちらでは試乗させて頂く事が出来、ドロップハンドルの三角形フレームに戸惑いながらも数台を乗り比べてロードバイクの素晴らしさを少しは感じる事が出来た様です。お店の場所は、少し道が狭く駐車場もコンパクトカー程度のスペースの様です。ただ、スタッフの方は皆丁寧で、多くの方に自転車の素晴らしさをわかって欲しいとの思いで仕事をされているのが伝わって来ました。納車迄の日数や、支払い方法など事前に確認したい事にも丁寧に説明して下さいました。本日は即決と言うわけには行きませんでしたが、嫌な顔もされず送り出して下さいました。是非お世話になりたいお店です。

また、いろんな種類のロードバイクの試乗もできるのも特徴です。
岡山県では試乗できるお店が少ないので初心者だと、どれが自分に合うロードバイクなのか分からないものです。
しかしcycleZさんはお客さんにどんどん試乗してもらって最高の一台を見つけてもらうスタンスだと感じました。
初心者でも長年ロードバイクに乗ってきた方でも分け隔てなく丁寧に接客されるので万人におすすめできるサイクルショップでしょう。

ロードバイクに飽きてしまってからは行かなくなったけど、
初心者におすすめのスポーツ自転車店です。
タイヤ交換やライド姿勢のアドバイスが得られる初心者講習会や初心者～中級者向けライドイベントも開催してます。
店員さんは質問すると懇切丁寧に答えてくれて、とても助かりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店の人は少し話しかけにくいですが、勇気を出すとそこは夢の国です！センスのいいラインナップで、隅々まで商品を探すことで掘り出し物も出てきます。お客様に良いものを売りたいって気持ちで商品で溢れてしまったとの事で、少しスッキリしたら良いのにとは思いますが、長居しても面白いです！
もちろん、飛び込みで常連になれますよー。常連さんとも仲良く慣れたので、ソロライドに悩んでる方は是非。

2年ほど前、ロードバイクを購入するため、評価の良かったこちらに伺ったところ、ロードバイク初心者の僕に優しく対応してくださっていました。
また、「こちらでロードバイクを購入されたら、修理などの施工費は無料でやらせていただきます」とのことだったので、迷わずロードバイクを購入しました。
しかし、購入してから何度か修理をお願いしたのですが、毎回「施工費として3,000円ほどいただきますね」と言われました。
購入前と言ってることが違いすぎます。
今日に至っては、部品が壊れてしまったのでみていただいてもいいですかとお願いしたところ、ツーブロックでメガネをかけた店員さんに鼻で笑われ、「はい。」の一言だけでした。
そこから30分ほど店内で待っていましたが、声かけは一切なく、その隣ではもう1人の店員さんがお客さんと世間話をずっとしていました。
さすがに耐えきれなくなり、店を出ました。
単価の高いものを継続的に購入できる方、店員さんをヨイショヨイショできる方以外はお気をつけください。
