★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ろくな対応をしない店です。自転車修理に行ったのですが、メガネをかけた中年男性の店員に本体を遠くから見ただけで修理不可と拒否されました。さらにそいつの態度が悪すぎる。こんな嫌な思いになったのは久しぶりでした。
星0に出来ないのが残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この辺りの自転車屋で唯一試乗が出来るお店です。店員さんは商品知識のある中年の店長、お手伝いの女性、レジ兼接客の年配の3人です。クロスバイクを買いに行きましたが、オプションパーツや保険込で4万円以内におさまりました。接客がとても丁寧でこの店なら買いたい気持ちになりました。

I went to buy a cross bike, but it was less than 40,000 yen including optional parts and insurance. The customer service was very polite and made me want to buy this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パンク修理に持っていったら「穴の大きさ次第ではチューブの交換になる」と言われ、結局穴が大きかったからということでチューブを交換され3000円。また別の日もパンクして持っていくと同様の理由で3000円。この前交換したのに…？と思いました。友人も同様のシチュエーションでチューブを交換されたと言っていました。
昔はよくパンクさせていたのでチューブに大きさな穴が空いたことはありますし色々な所で修理してもらったこともありますが、パンク→チューブ交換となったのは後にも先にもここだけです。不信感が拭えません。
