K	K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他県から移り住んで最寄りの店舗だったので、持ち込みでメンテナンスを検討していたのですが、他の方のレビューが気になったので、事前に電話で確認してみました。が、案の定やってくれるんだかやってくれないんだかわからない返答で、利益の部分が大きいのか、自社で買ってもらっていない商品のメンテはあまりしたくない様な返答をされました。店構えとか、品揃えがよく見える分、お金を払ってお願いしようとしている客を客として見ない様な返答に心底がっかりしました。僕なりの判断かと思いますが、人にオススメはしたくない店舗だと思います。少し遠くなりますが、他の店舗を探してみます。 I was moving from another prefecture and it was the nearest store, so I was considering bringing it in for maintenance. k	k ami on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 貧乏経営の最低な店元々所有していたロードバイクの空気が無くなり、近くにこの店があったので空気を入れてもらおうとすると、「他店で買った自転車は知らない」と言われ、空気も自分で入れないのか？と馬鹿にする様な態度でした。挙げ句の果てに百円払えと言われ、仕方なく空気入れを貸してもらった。しかし空気入れのバルブが硬くバイトの学生に開けてもらおうとすると、それも「店長から他店で買った自転車はするなと言われている」という旨の話をされた。個人の店はたまに変わった店もあるがここまで害悪なのは初めてである。そこまで経営が厳しいのかも知れないが、この店では絶対に買いたくないし、二度と近寄りたくもない。自転車仲間にもこの事は詳しく伝えてあるのでその内噂になって余計に経営悪化するだろうけど、こんな店で買わされた客が可哀想である。とにかく、この店に行こうとしている方はくれぐれもお気をつけて。仏の心で我慢しましょう笑 The poorest store in poor management The road bike that I originally owned disappeared and there was this store nearby, so when I tried to put it in, I was told that I didn't know the bicycle I bought at another store, and couldn't I put in the air myself? ? G	GO Rinsuke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔ここでロードバイクを購入しました。その帰り道に走ってたらドロップハンドルがグラリ…びっくりして停車して調べたところ、ステムのネジがゆるゆる！死ぬかと思いました。もしあのとき工具を持ち歩いてなかったら… それでもしばらくは点検などを含めて通っていましたが、ある日ホイール（当時は海外が数万円差で安かった）の調整をお願いしたところ、店長さんに「うちで買ってないでしょ？それ」と露骨に嫌な顔をされ、持ち込み工賃がアップするのは仕方ないからとお願いしても「忙しいから無理」を強調一点張り、ではまた今度とお願いしたら無視モード突入、なんと挙句は鼻で笑われました。それ以上は無駄と感じて帰りました。（ちなみに、岡山で有名な老舗の他店では引き受けてくれました。）自転車を組み立てるのには夢中でこっちを振り向く気もなく。それ以来2度と行ってません。行く気もありませんし、（特にこれからロードバイクを始めたい人に）ここをオススメする気は一切ありません。大金を注ぎ込まないと長くは付き合えないお店だと思います。常連には甘く、一見さんや金を使わない客には冷たいです。ここに限らず、他の趣味のお店でもよくあることですが典型的なダメな部分が凝縮されてます。このような店舗があると自転車趣味も嫌になる人もいるかと思います。大　変　残　念　です。 I bought a road bike here a long time ago.
