k	kensk8ing on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前こちらの店舗を利用させて頂きまして、ハンドルバーのカット、折れたスポークの交換、その他細かいパーツ交換をいくつかお願いしました。お値段は大手量販店と比較すると割高ではありましたが、大事な自転車でしたので高くても専門的でしっかりとしたメンテナンスをしたいと思いお願い致しました。接客は無愛想ではありましたが、自転車屋さんにそこまで愛想を期待していないのであまり気にはしませんでした。しかしパーツ交換の話をしてる時に多少押し売りの様に感じました。オールブラックの車体で全てパーツをブラックで統一している為、スポークの交換もブラックが良いとお伝えすると、在庫がシルバーしかなかった為、「最近は一本だけ色を変える人も多い」「色を気にする人は少ない」等々、、少し不信感を感じました。結果、こちらもわざわざスポークだけ取り寄せで時間がかかる事に抵抗もあったのでお願いすることにしたのですが、交換後3カ月程で走行中いきなり交換してもらったスポークが外れチェーンに引っ掛かりペダルがロックされました。(色が違うスポークだったのですぐ交換したスポークと分かりました。) 非常に、危険で危うく事故に繋がる所でした。今回、自転車とはいえ命に関わることなので厳しい評価とさせていただきました。 I had you use this store before, cut some of the handlebars, exchange broken spokes, and asked for some detailed parts exchange.
