★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パンク修理、タイヤ交換と多少時間はかかりますが感じいい店で何度も利用してましたが、2度目のスポーク交換をお願いした際に断られました！「パンクやタイヤ交換はするが、修理はお店で購入したもの以外は受け付けられません。会社から怒られるから」と・・「過去に修理を受けたこともないから」と？前に受けてくれたのは夢だったんでしょうか？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 修理の料金が良心的です。仕上りも安心できます。近所の個人店でパンク修理してもらいましたが、かなり高く、翌朝空気が抜けてペッタンコでした。自宅から遠いけどイオンバイクは安心です。ただ、混んでいて順番待ちが多いのがマイナス１です。

ただ週末はやはり混んでいるようなので、修理を持ち込む際は電話などで確認された方がいいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ほとんどの自転車屋さんはそこで購入しない限り修理などは断られたがここは初めて来店したにも関わらず直ぐに対応してくれた。
チェーンのコマ落ちの症状が出ていたので相談したところ5分で治してくれました。また何かあった時はこちらにお世話になろうと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 購入が決まっていて書類手続き待ちで20分以上待たされました。謝罪の一言もなしにしまいには「今日引渡しできないけどいいですか？」と言われました。乗って帰る予定だったのでそういうことは先に言ってほしかったです。スタッフの連携もまるでなっていないし、私の後の三人くらいも遅すぎて帰ってました。ここでは購入せず、すぐ近くの別の自転車屋さんにいったら引渡しまで10分もかかりませんでした。
これではお客さんを失いますね。
