A	Ari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ミニベロの音鳴り修理をお願いしに行きましたが、他店で購入した物は15000円かかる上に直らない可能性が高いとのこと。製造から10年以上経っているのでフレームにもクラックが入ってきている可能性があり、乗らない方がいいと言われました。直るのであれば値段は問題ないのですが、根本的な不安が残るので廃車かと諦めかけていました。それでもとても大切にしている自転車でしたので、どうしても諦めきれずいろいろな方法を試していたところ、この老舗は一見さんには厳しいとのコメントが口コミにありましたので、もう一度見てもらおうと電話しました。そこで伺ったのが、和田サイクルで購入していない車体でもメンテナンスや工賃に違いは無いとのこと。スタッフによって見積もりや案内が違うのはとても不信に思ったので、他店で見てもらったところ、BBの清掃と注油の２０分ほどですぐに直りました。。工賃も税込み3300円。さらにフレームにも全く問題なく、作りもしっかりしているため長く乗り続けられるとアドバイスしてくれました。相場より非常に高価な見積もり、診断ミスと嘘。工賃はお店によって違いがありますし、診断ミスは知識や経験の浅さから来るものですので仕方ないのですが、嘘は酷いです。長く乗った自転車は我が子同然ですので、誠実な対応をして下さると有り難いです。 I went to ask for a mini-bello sounding repair, but things purchased at other stores cost 15,000 yen and are likely to be fixed. To our knowledge, this is the only shop in Tokyo that actually lets you test ride the Bromptons, to be more accurate, all the bikes that you see outside the shop are demo/test bikes. It was hard to spend ¥200,000 on a bicycle without test riding it. It took a little longer to do the transaction ( I don't know that much Japanese) but with patient and google translate they made it happened. I can honestly say that the customer service was way better that the one we received at Brompton Junction in Tokyo.
