小	小林泰輔 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事は早い、タイヤの取り替えも早くて正確で良かったです。ただ技術職だけど接客業でもあるという意識は忘れて欲しくない。担当してくれた男性（若めで銀髪）でしたが「直せばいいでしょ」という感じを受けました。 30分後に戻ってきて欲しいと伺ったので25分ぐらいで戻ると明らかに終わってはいるが私を見ても無反応。私から「終わりました？」と聞くと「どの自転車ですか？」と聞かれる。←そんなに混んでないしレジで雑誌見てたぐらい。店員「お会計は○○円です」私「･･･結局タイヤかえてくれたんですか？」店員「あー、そうです。」こんなやりとりでした。そりゃちゃんと仕事してくれたからそれは良いですよ、ただ仕事内容とこういう作業だったからいくらだと言うことは言って欲しかった。こちらとて素晴らしい接客を望んでいるわけではない。でも最低限、客と話すという姿勢はもって欲しかったですね。そこだけは残念でしたが仕事はできます。接客なんかどーでもよくてただやってくれればいいという人には良い場所だと思います。 It was good that the work was quick and the tires were replaced quickly and accurately. He helped me get comfortable on the rare bike (Fuji Feather) and adjusted the seat so I could test drive it. Then he helped me with the registration, and drove an hour to drop the bike off to me. He was the most professional, kind service oriented person. I would spend so much money at this shop if I could (as a non professional rider.)
