店員の応対も丁寧で、印象が良いです。
難点はアジア系の客層でごった返しており、土日は時間によってはゆっくり見れない時ごあります(客のマナーが悪い…)。
 Excluding the outlet in Kansai, if you look at Tommy, here is the best.
Clerk's response is also polite and impressive.
The difficulty is crowded with Asian customers, and there are times when we can not see slowly on Saturdays and Sundays depending on the time (customer's manner is bad ...).

高級感が高く、少し入りづらかったです。
ですが、
入って帽子を見ていたら、声をかけてくれ、
帽子の説明までしてくれた後、三階の別エリアを案内してくれたり
色々教えてくれました。
店の雰囲気がとても良く、良い買い物が出来ました！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff, big store, one level for men and one level for women. I went there just before they start closing but they stayed back and served me without rushing so I had a really good experience here. They also do tax-free which is good.

Please make sure to be careful when you hire employees that are from china. If at all necessary, please give them some training or tell them to respect the customer
