★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新潟県はホカ弁ですら美味いというのが定説だけど、その中でもここ美松は特にオススメ。
値段が少し高級な定食屋程度なので、期待しない人も多いかも知れないが、味付けは絶妙で驚かされる事しきり。
単に伝統的な料理を出すのではなく、店なりの工夫が凝らされている事が多いので是非ご堪能下さい。
Niigata Prefecture has an established theory that even Hokaben is delicious, but here Mimatsu is especially recommended.
The price is about a high-class set meal, so many people may not expect it, but the seasoning is exquisite and amazing.
Don't just serve traditional dishes, but have a lot of ingenuity in the shop.

当日、新婚旅行から帰ってきたところでの来店でした。旅行の終盤に夫が食中毒にかかってしまい、まだ体調が優れずにいることを注文の際にチラッとお話ししたところ、注文した汐鯖焼きとお刺身定食の汐鯖を良く焼くように配慮をして下さり、また新婚旅行と聞いてか、お祝いのメッセージカード付きのデザートのサービスもして下さいました。初めての来店だったのに、親切な対応がとても嬉しかったです。
また、料理もとても美味しかったです。
旅行から帰ってきて、やっぱり地元が一番だと感じた出来事でした。

お値段が1,100円とお安くてお値打ち
鳥天が全部同じ味付けなので後半少し飽きがきます。
１～２個違う下味か味変え用の薬味があったら良かったかな

飲み物別で一人約5000円でした。
このほか、揚げ物、ローストビーフサラダのプレート、揚げ玉うどん、パンナコッタのエスプレッソがけが締めでした。
お腹一杯になりました。
接客も良かったです。
また利用したいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 割烹屋さんの料理です。とってもおいしかったです。とりたま丼に付いてきた味変用の山椒塩もさっぱり食べられるので良かったです。嫁さんが食べたとりみそ漬けもおいしかった。

広いけどしっかり仕切られた店内で美味しいランチで舌鼓。
おすすめはチキン南蛮などの定食類。
とにかくお米が美味いです?
夜は居酒屋に大変身で、地元の銘酒を味わえます。
お店選びに迷ったら、こちらでまちがいなしです！
