吉	吉田洋 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年3月南区役所の近くです。店の上に大きな看板が出ていないので閉店した店なのかと思います。営業中のサインもありませんが立看板が出ているのだけが営業していることを知るすべです。ドアは自動ドアではありません。店内はカウンターのみで10席弱でしょうか？老夫婦が営まれています。壁には緊急事態宣言時は15:00までの張り紙があります。最初なので店名でもあるスーラーメン750円を注文、割と早く来ました。白いスープで中には豆腐、木耳、大きい海老4匹、かき卵、タケノコ麺は中麺のストレート、少し硬めです。味はメニューに書いてある通り辛さと酸味のコラボです。辛さが強いです。胡椒の辛さだと思います。酸味もそこそこ。油断するとむせます。またスープが熱い、その熱さが酸味を引き立てます。美味しいです。メニューは他にも美味しそうなものがありましたのでリピートします。 March 2021 It is near the Minami Ward Office. H	Hajime M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元祖スーラーメンの看板が目に入るも、お店入口上のスペースは看板無し。一旦通り過ぎて南区役所で所用を済ませ再度訪問。 15:00までのところ到着時間14:50。大丈夫か問うと快く迎え入れて下さる。お年を召した方2人で切り盛りされてる。元祖スーラーメン、ギョウザ、ライスを注文。酸辣湯麺と何が違うか聞いてみたら、酸辣湯麺　　　黒酢　辣油スーラーメン　酢　　胡椒との事でした。寒の戻りで寒い中バイクで冷え切った体にはとても優しく温まる食事でした。唐辛子系の辛さには少し慣れてきたつもりでしたが、胡椒の辛さは新鮮でした。プリプリのエビとキクラゲ。タケノコと沢山入った豆腐。胡椒の辛さは刺激的だが優しい味でした♪ ライスにはソボロがのり、搾菜、大根の漬け物も付いてきます。餃子は皮は厚めのもちもち。肉感しっかりの餡は甘く酢多めの醤油によく合いました。また機会があれば伺いたいお店です。ギリギリの入店にも関わらず、快く対応して頂きありがとうございました?
