★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも空いてて、ちょっと怪しい。こないだ初めて行きましたが中国系のご主人一人でやられてて、手際は良い。味は、まぁ？普通。深夜までやってるので飲んだ締めには良いかも。

とにかく安い。
ラーメンと半チャーハンのセットが650円。
味は薄味の豚骨ラーメンなので、本場の豚骨臭いのが苦手な人とかにはライトでいいのかも。
チャーハンも薄味の焼き飯って感じ。
飲んだ後だと、味が薄くて物足りない。
お年寄りとか濃い味だめな人には良いのかも。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 映画を見を終わったのが13時を過ぎていた。近くで腹ごしらえと、探していて入店。先客は2名。ラーメン＋チャーハンセットをオーダ。ラーメンはトンコツスープで薄味。チャーハンは脂ぽい。セットだから安価だし、こんなものかな？
It was past 13:00 when I finished watching the movie. I was looking for something to eat nearby and entered the store. There are two customers. Order ramen + fried rice set. Ramen is a tonkotsu soup with a light taste. Fried rice is greasy. It's cheap because it's a set, isn't it like this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メインの商店街からはずれた路地にあるラーメン屋です。この界隈では珍しい博多ラーメンの店という事で訪問。
中国の方とおぼしき店員さん(店主？)が丁寧な接客で迎えてくれました。先客ゼロで少しビビっていたので一安心。
メニューを見るとわかるのですが、ラーメン500円や半チャーハンセット650円など激安です。この値段で商売成り立つのか心配になります。
で、ラーメン+半チャーハンセットを注文。先にラーメンが着丼。スープは白濁したまさしく博多ラーメンですが、味はかなり「薄い」です。あっさりではなく、薄い。豚骨の量が足りていないと思われます。マルタイの棒ラーメンスープを倍のお湯で割った感じ。
チャーハンはパラパラなのは良かったのですが、こちらは少しだけ薄いと思いました。
卓上には味変アイテムで高菜や紅しょうが、タレ等があるので、利用させて貰いました。ニンニクがなかったのは残念です。
とは言え、この値段なのでコスパは抜群だと思います。これからも頑張って欲しいお店です。
It is a ramen shop in an alley off the main shopping street. Visited because it is a rare Hakata ramen shop in this area.
A Chinese person and a clerk (store owner?) Welcomed me with polite customer service. I was a little nervous because there were no customers, so I was relieved.
As you can see from the menu, the ramen is 500 yen and the half fried rice set is 650 yen. I'm worried if the business will be successful at this price.
So, I ordered ramen + half fried rice set. Ramen is donburi first. The soup is just Hakata ramen that is cloudy, but the taste is quite "light". It's not light, it's thin. It seems that the amount of pork bones is not enough. It feels like Marutai's ramen soup is divided with double the amount of hot water.
It was good that the fried rice was fluffy, but I thought it was a little thin.
There are mustards, pickled ginger, and sauce on the table, so I used them. It's a pity that I didn't have garlic.
However, I think the cost performance is outstanding because of this price. It is a shop that I want you to do your best in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とんこつラーメンいただきました！評価は、さまざまですが、本日は、スープは濃いようでした。セットの明太子ごはんがなかなか多くて替え玉できませんでした。ちょい！匂いありましたが美味しいかったです。長浜ラーメンあるので、次回、食べたいです。
I had tonkotsu ramen! Evaluations vary, but today the soup seemed to be strong. There were so many Mentaiko rice in the set that I couldn't replace them. Hey! It smelled but it was delicious. I have Nagahama ramen, so I want to eat it next time.
