南区で活動するボランティア団体の活動拠点の一つであるほか、不定期に団体の文化祭的イベントを開催することもあり。詳しくはサイトを確認。
しかし、南区役所もそばに移転したとはいえ、基幹駅もそばにないし交通の便はあまり良くない。いちおう地下鉄阪東橋駅、京浜急行黄金町駅、バス浦舟町が最寄り。

However, even though the Minami Ward Office has moved to the side, the main station is not nearby and transportation is not very good. Close to Ichio Subway Hantobashi Station, Keihin Kyuko Koganecho Station and Bus Urabunecho.
