★ ★ ★ ★ ★ さつまっ子と言う名前から、てっきり九州ラーメンのお店かと思いしや、何と‼️家系？？麺箱には家系御用達のあの酒井製麺の名が? スープはアッサリで、昨日食べた王道乃印と比べると拍子抜けする程軽い。なので、卓上の豆板醤をドバドバ投入。チヤーシューやレン草はくたっていてイマイチかな。酒井の麺に敬意を評して☆三つ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朝７時までやっている豚骨スープのラーメン屋さん。
醤油豚骨、塩豚骨、味噌豚骨と種類も豊富。
一見すると家系ラーメンにカテゴライズされそうなラーメンですが、厳密には違うっぽい。
たしかに、トッピングはチャーシュー、ネギ、ほうれん草、海苔なんですが、海苔は一枚。
家系だとデフォルトで三枚が定番ですよね。
また、鶏油がそんなに強くない。
なので、あっさり醤油豚骨ラーメンという印象。
同じタイプのラーメンを挙げるのであれば、近くの浦舟町にあるラーメンショップまんざいに似ています。
麺は中細ストレート麺で、硬めオーダーでも割りと柔らか目。
個人的にはまんざいの麺の方が好き。
チャーシューは脂身の少ないホロホロ系でもろ好み。
チャーシューメンにしたらチャーシュー６枚位入っていて太っ腹。
最近はチャーシューメンにしてもチャーシュー二枚追加くらいの寒い店があるので。
また、スープが控え目だからにんにくを入れると良く合う！
家系の吉村家系だと、カエシが強いのでにんにくを入れると濃すぎてしまうけど、さつまっ子はちょうどマッチして、新たな味へアウフヘーベンします。
昼夜逆転の夜型人間には、なにより朝までやっているのがありがたい。

At first glance, it seems to be categorized as Iekei Ramen, but it seems to be different in the strict sense.

So, the impression is that it's a soy sauce tonkotsu ramen.
If you mention the same type of ramen, it is similar to the ramen shop Manzai in the nearby Urafunecho.
The noodles are medium-thin straight noodles, which are relatively soft even on hard orders.
Personally, I prefer Manzai noodles.
I like char siu even if it's a low-fat horohoro type.
If you make char siu men, you will have about 6 char siu and you will be hungry.
Recently, even with char siu men, there are cold shops that add two char siu.
Also, the soup is modest, so adding garlic goes well!
In the Yoshimura family, the garlic is strong, so adding garlic makes it too thick, but Satsumako just matches and gives aufheben to a new taste.
For night-owls who reverse day and night, I am grateful that they do it until morning.

こちらは初訪問。

かなり前、都内は環七沿のさつまっこが美味しかったのを思い出し訪問。
今回のさつまっこは豚骨醤油なさつまっこで美味しかった。
ランチサービスで麺類頼むと小ライス無料は嬉しかった。

マスクせず終始お喋り。
ラーメンが来てもお喋り。

私は、塩ラーメンがお勧め水菜のシャキシャキがよく合う一品です。
餃子が6個で250円なので、ついつい頼んでしまいます。
ランチ時は、半ライスサービスです。
行ってみて下さい。

スープはあっさり目、ネギの辛さが苦手な場合は辛さ控えめにも出来ます。
夜遅くまでやっているのも助かります。

私たちが入る時はお客さん1人でしたが待っている間に満席になり期待値が！
餃子はニンニク強めですが美味しかった！ラーメンよりつけ麺派なのでつけ麺を頼みましたが、なんかシンプルに味が普通と言うか、、味噌の方もお互い、なんか、、うーん、、
付けスープはドロドロと言うかとろみが欲しいのですがサラサラのスープで出てきた時からちょっと残念でした)^o^(
これは完全に個人的な好みの問題ですね
帰る頃にも外に近所の家族っぽい方達も覗いていて賑やかな店でした☘️カウンターしかないので小さいお子さん連れは厳しいですね?
