★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コクのあるバランス系の家系ラーメンです。
家系豚骨をベースに、醤油、塩、味噌、辛味噌と味のバリエーションが多いのは嬉しい。
麺もワシワシ系のしっかり太麺で、スープとの相性も良い。
チャーシューご飯が200円と廉価。
しかも、ほぐしチャーシューが美味しくご飯の量も多い。
缶ビールが300円なのも良心的。

Char siu rice is as low as 200 yen.

店内は獣臭が漂ってます。個人的には豚骨ラーメン店でこの臭いがするのは割に好きだけど、得意じゃない人には辛いかなぁ。
醤油の他に、味噌、唐辛子味噌、塩味があり、食券渡すときにどの味にするか伝えて好みを言います。
醤油はデフォでちょい薄。
麺は家系としてもかなり太めでちぢれも凄い。この麺好き。
キクラゲは細切りかと思ったら、まんまドンでラーメンに乗ってくるタイプ。でも細切りとは違うキクラゲ食感味わえて、これはこれでアリ。
いやぁ…あと僅かに味が濃ければなぁ…。

カウンターからテーブルに丼を降ろす時気をつけてください
店員に降ろして貰った方が良いかも

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スープはしょっぱさはあまりなくバランス型、麺は太麺、モチモチしていてスープとよく絡んで食べ応えがあります。
店主も元気の良い接客をしてくれるので、また行こうという気にさせてくれます。
The soup is not very salty and is balanced, the noodles are thick and chewy, and they are often entwined with the soup and are satisfying to eat.
The shop owner also provides a lively customer service, which makes me want to go again.

30年前くらい前の横浜の家系は
豚の香りが強いラーメンばかりで
なんか懐かしい気持ちになりました。
白髪ネギはたっぷりのっていて、
チャーシューは肩ロースかな？
ちょうど良い歯ごたえと肉と脂身のバランスが良く美味しかったです。
ただ時間も遅かったのでライスと合わせて食せなかったのが残念でした。
また自販機だと小ライスやライスが100円150円ですが、貼り紙に書いてある現金10円小ライス20円ライスの意味がよく理解できなかった。
とにかく味は良いのでまた来店した時に聞いてみようと思います。
美味しいラーメン、ありがとうございました。ご馳走様でした！

However, it was too late so I was disappointed that I couldn't eat it with rice.
Also, with vending machines, small rice and rice cost 100 yen and 150 yen, but I couldn't understand the meaning of cash 10 yen small rice 20 yen rice written on the sticker.
Anyway, the taste is good, so I'll ask when I come back to the store.
