★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 深夜遅くまでやってます。お店は古くて汚い感じがしますが、良く言うとレトロな昔ながらな感じです。中辛のラーメンを注文しました。味はまぁまぁそこそこでした。ボリュームは中々ありました。野菜たっぷりなのが良かったです。
 I'll do it late at midnight. The store feels old and dirty, but to put it in a retro style. I ordered a medium hot ramen. The taste was over there. There was volume inside. It is good to be full of vegetables.

冷奴はピリ辛醤油に刻みネギが美味！ザーサイ
は自家製で厚切り食感シャキシャキ！野菜炒め
は安定の味付け。某チェーン店みたいにもやし
の比率は高くなく、エリンギも入っています。
麺類は野菜炒めラーメンを頂きました。

醤油の味も去ることながら、ダシ何が入っとるん？？
とか思った。
直前に食した屋台ラーメンが案外味が濃かったので、余計にそう感じたかもしれん。
細目の手打ち麺風の縮れ麺はなんか貧弱でコシのあるチキンラーメンっぽい。
店に入った瞬間、独特の香ばしい匂いが。。。
レトロっちゃレトロやけど、あの雰囲気の中でそこそこ待ってあのクオリティーなら素面だとキツいかなぁ。

The street food ramen I ate just before had a surprisingly strong taste, so I might have felt that way.
The fine, handmade noodle-style curly noodles are somewhat poor and chewy, like chicken ramen.
The moment you enter the store, you can smell the unique fragrance. .. ..
It's retro, it's retro, but if it's that quality, it's hard to wait in that atmosphere.

夕飯を検索してたら飲み屋とラーメン屋しか周りにないベストの状況で一番近いラーメン屋へ。
夜19時頃に訪問。先客１人。なかなか入りづらい店構えで…入ると昭和の時代を思い出すレトロな造り。
周り飲み屋で〆のラーメンを食べに深夜に掛けて混雑するらしい。
とりあえず餃子とレモンサワーを頼む。サワーは小さすぎる(T_T)
餃子は手作りで奥さんが黙々と包んでいる。
スープを確かめる為にいつもの塩ラーメンを！
シンプルに作られている。平打ち縮れ麺
直ぐに食べないと延びていく加水率の低い麺。
あっさりとしていて確かに飲んだ後の〆のラーメンにピッタリ。まだこういうラーメンを提供しているお店は大切にしたい。

Visited around 19:00. One customer. The store is very difficult to enter ... A retro structure that reminds me of the Showa era when I enter.

For the time being, I ordered dumplings and lemon sour. Sour is too small (T_T)
The dumplings are handmade and the wife silently wraps them.

Noodles with a low water content that will grow if you don't eat them immediately.
It's light and surely perfect for ramen after drinking. I want to cherish the shops that still offer this kind of ramen.

同僚と共にこのラーメン店に向かった。
レトロと言うより店が汚い。
初めから期待はしてないが『ニンニクの芽』ラーメンか？定食？ 迷ってニンニク芽ラーメンを注文
ニンニクの芽は柔らかく甘くて美味しいだが麺とは合わない！醤油系のスープには合わない！不味い。そして麺も不味い。私的には緑の物は違うスープの方が旨いなぁ。見た目も良くないし残念だった
