★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 料理は無難に頂けたが女性店員の無愛想な態度は頂けない。乾杯前から対応がひどく、せっかくの楽しみにしていたプチ送別会が後味悪いものになってしまった。常連には普通に対応していたようだが、一見さんにこそ気丈に振る舞うのがサービス業としての在り方ではないのか。リピーターを増やす努力をしないから金曜のゴールデンタイムにも関わらず店内はスカスカなのだと理解した。「喜んで」対応してくれるサービスが行き届いた某チェーン店がどんなに素晴らしいことかと痛感した。二度と行かない。
The food was safe but I could not get the unfriendly attitude of the female clerk. The correspondence was so bad before the toast that the petit farewell party that I had been looking forward to would be awkward. It seems to have corresponded regularly to regulars, but it may not be the way of service industry to act with respect to what appears to be at ease. I did not try to increase the number of repeaters, and I understood that the store was a Skaska despite Friday's Golden Time. I was keenly aware of how wonderful the chain stores with the “willing” response are. I will never go there again.
