麺はツルツルモチモチで美味しい。
スープはだんだん薄くなるため、最後の方は少し薄く感じた。
箸はしっかりしたものを提供いただいたが、滑りやすく使いにくかった。
鴨肉は非常に美味しかった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼に寄らせて頂きました。ナワテ通りを損策している時に「鴨麺あら井」さんを見つけて以来、ずっと気になっていたお店です。念願叶って初訪問。
レビューを見れは人気店と言うことは一目瞭然で、オープン前から並ぶこと覚悟で行きました。
土曜の11：20頃には10人程並び、その後も絶え間なくお客が来店。
他の方にもあるように6人分のカウンター席のみ。入店は順番通りなので、焦らずまつべし。列の先頭になると食券を購入し、外に設置されたベンチで待機。
席が空くとオーナーからお声が掛かりますので食券を渡します。
お店は和風モダンで落ち着いた雰囲気。オープンキッチンだから、ついつい料理しているところを見入ってしまう。待ち時間も楽しいですよ。
鴨ラーメン初食でしたが、鴨肉は柔らかくクセなくて、麺はストレートでツルッと喉越しよくて。おつゆは塩味が少ないので飲み干せるほど美味しかったです。また寄らせてもらいまーす！

The shop has a modern Japanese style and a calm atmosphere. It's an open kitchen, so I just stare at the place where I'm cooking. Waiting time is also fun.

麺かとにかく美味しい。太麺のもちもち強めにコシがあるタイプです。スープもしっかり鴨の風味がしてとっても美味しかったです。

ロースト鴨というか、鴨肉おいしかったです。つけ汁は少し濃い味ながら、太麺にからんで絶妙。メンマは穂先でこれまたおいしかったです。次回は友達が食べていた鴨そばの方を食べたいです。

券売機で食券を買ってからなんですが、写真がないのでどれを頼んで良いかわからない。
前もって調べていく必要があります。
カモが美味しいという情報だけはあったので、最初から増し増しで注文。
麺は太麺でツルッとしていてコシが強い。
漬け汁はしょっぱ目ですが麺とはいい感じで絡んで美味しかった。鴨肉は柔らかくこれもいい感じの相性で良かった。
