★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ざるそばを食べました。お値段は近辺のお蕎麦屋さんよりはお手頃の800円。味は美味しいですが、感動する程でもなくって感じです。
連れが大盛りを注文していましたが、とても量が多く若干食べ飽きる感じなのでおすすめはしません。
I ate zaru soba. The price is 800 yen, which is more affordable than a nearby soba restaurant. The taste is delicious, but it's not impressed.
My family ordered a large serving, but I don't recommend it because it's a lot of food and I get tired of eating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ざるとワサビの醤油漬けを注文。せっかく、香りが良いのに、麺がぼそぼそ切れるのは残念です。切れないような作り方は、もはやプロの間では、当たり前だと聞いています。
よそから教わるのも、一つの手です。この中太の麺の太さなら、もう少し、濃い辛汁の方が合うのでは。蕎麦湯は現代風、真面目な店なので、今後に期待したい。
I ordered a colander and wasabi pickled in soy sauce. It's a pity that the noodles are cut off even though the fragrance is good. I've heard that inseparable methods are no longer commonplace among professionals.
It is also one way to learn from outside. If it's the thickness of this medium-thick noodle, a slightly thicker spicy soup may be more suitable. Soba-yu is a modern and serious shop, so I'd like to expect it in the future.

他にあまり見ない、薄伸しかつ細切りという麺でツユは甘め。
独特な蕎麦ではあるが、私は美味しいと思った。平打ち麺のような形なので、ツユに絡みやすくするっと食べられる。辛味大根は頼んでからすっている音がしたので色も良く味も良かった。値段もお安い。
