お蕎麦は普通に美味しかったのですが、私の好みはもっと濃い汁でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても雰囲気がよく食べ物も美味しいお店でした。圧迫感がなく、コロナ状況下でも安心して楽しめるお店だと思います。写真のものはソースカツ丼(1400円)です。とてもボリューミーで大満足です！！！メニューも豊富で、蕎麦もありました。１つ欠点を挙げるとすれば、駐車場の少なさと止めにくさです。駐車場が4台分？くらいしかなく、左右は木があり少し止め難かったです。しかし、頑張って止めて行くだけの価値はあると思います。松本に来てそば、ソースカツなどご当地B級グルメを食べたくなったらぜひこのお店をお勧めします！

One drawback is the lack of parking and the difficulty of stopping. Is there a parking lot for 4 cars? It was a little difficult to stop because there were trees on the left and right. But I think it's worth the effort to stop. If you come to Matsumoto and want to eat local B-class gourmet food such as soba and sauce cutlet, we definitely recommend this shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼に行きました。ランチメニューもありましたが大海老天丼が食べたくてセットで注文。ボリュームあって美味しくいただきました。そばも硬めで美味しい。個人的には半熟卵の天ぷらも好きでした。

そばとそうすかつ推しのお店のようでしたので両方食べられるセットを注文しました。
お蕎麦ですがこちらは美味しくいただけました。
そうすかつですが上げ加減が良く、柔らかい。１枚が大きいので嬉しいのですが、最近食べた豚の中では旨味の少ない豚でした。
やはり専門店と比べると、無理してここで食べなくても良いかと思ってしまいます。
繊細なお蕎麦とそうすかつのセットは万人にうけるものでは無いのかもしれませんね。
お若いお客さんは少ないお店に見えますし、もう少し全体的に量を減らして豚やお米の素材の質を上げてもらえればお店の雰囲気とも合って個人的には好ましいなと思います。

馬刺しは新鮮で脂がのっていてこちらも美味しかったです。
