★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメンの種類は多くありません。やたらセロリと青ネギが目立ちます。出汁には臭みがあり、味噌ラーメンでも細麺で茹ですぎ。とても美味しいラーメンでした。

久しぶりのラーショ、なかなか行く機会がないから奮発してネギチャーシュー麺注文、ちょっとネギが少なめだけど美味しかった〜

地元の上越や糸魚川の店舗に比べるとスープが薄いのか、ちょっと微妙。
麺も少しやわい感じ。
立地は良いので星2にしましたが、立地が悪ければ星1つです…。
なお、430で利用する分にはいいと思いますが、長時間厳しめな雰囲気なので休息はNGと思われます。

店に入りすぐ食券自販機があるので購入してお店の方に渡して注文OK!
味は結構ガツンとくる濃いめの味つけでした?量もかなり多いので大盛などを頼む人は気を付けて❗

脂がしつこくない私には好みのラーメンです。
つけメンは、特徴のあるお酢が利いた私には好みの味です。
卓上のお酢も、つけメンのお酢と同じ味の物でした。
米酢？なのかな？
メニュー構成は小諸店とそっくりです。
席はカウンター席、テーブル席、小上がりです。
店内BGMはテレビ放映です。
調理者はマスク、フェイスシールドしています。
駐車場は広いです。
時間前に閉店する場合もあるようです。

The vinegar on the counter had the same taste as the vinegar from Tsukemen.
