y	y ao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 評価が良かったので百歩ラーメンを食べに行きましたが、美味しいとは思いませんでした。この店にいい評価をつけている人とは根本的に好みが合わないんだと思い、以後、参考にしないと心に誓いながら、何とか完食しました。味は豚骨の味があんまりせず、乳化した感じもあまりなく、塩辛い塩ラーメンを食べている感じ。北浦和の百歩ラーメンはもっと豚骨の味、したんだけどなぁと残念な気持ちでいっぱい。写真見てもわかるでしょ。物足りなさ感が出てるし。でも、本当にしょっぱかった。一風堂や一蘭などと比べたら、新人が真似て作ったの？ぐらいに酷かった。家に帰ってカップ麺で口直ししたし。リンガーハットでチャンポン食べた方が全然いいね。最近は濃厚を売りにした店が多いから、余計にスープが適当だと残念に思います。そもそも、豚骨らしい臭いがほとんどお店の外や中も漂っていなくておかしいとは思ったんだけど、その通りの味でした。百歩ラーメンはどこに向かおうとしているのでしょうか。北浦和店の遠い昔の味も知っているので、南浦和店が百歩ラーメンと名乗っていいのかと疑問に感じます。まあ、今回のこれに懲りて、評価コメントは鵜呑みにせず、過去の記憶はあまり美化せず、期待し過ぎないで食べに行こうと、決意を新たにさせるお店でした。もう二度と行くことはないでしょう。さようなら。百歩ラーメン。ごちそうさまでした。 I went to eat 100-step ramen because it was good, but I didn't think it was delicious.
