内容によるかと思いますが、治療費はとても良心的で、初診でも千円札2枚、2回目以降は千円札1枚でおつりが来ました(保険適用時)。
 It is a kind and polite osteopathic clinic. Please perform the treatment while having a conversation.
I think it depends on the content, but the treatment cost is very conscientious, and the change came with two 1000-yen bills even at the first visit and one 1000-yen bill after the second visit (when insurance is applied).
