★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful. Staff speak some English. Can order most bike sizes and customize a bike in full in about four weeks. Keep in mind that they open after lunch 1-2pm on most days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to replace a tube with a leak(goes flat over an hour sitting) The staff just pumped the tire and told me to go on my way and didn't even entertain the idea of a new tube (this is likely as I am a foreigner and they just thought ok it's pumped, bye) so then came back today to try to insist on a new tube. The shop is closed. Google says it's open, the shop windows say it is in its opening hours. In actuality it is closed. Window and posted times says it is open until 10 pm today. It's 8 pm and it's totally closed. Update your hours on Window if it's not your actual operating hours please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here twice for repairs, only because it's close to my home. Both times they've been trying to upsell me services / items I havnt asked for and add ambiguous costs that they are not able to motivate. Be prepared to pay up to 6000 yen for changing a brake wire. They were not even able to write me a simple receipt by saying it will be "tough" and would "take time". I do not recommend this store at all, I will go a couple of hundred meters to try new waters next time I need a repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wide selection of parts and frames. Less so than Hatagaya but a very large choice nonetheless. Was able to communicate in English to one of the staff which helped with inquiring about certain parts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super bike shop. infinite number of parts and excellent staffs who assemble them. Some staffs seemed to me shy and not talkative, but once I get to know them, they turned out to be very friendly and helpful.
I also like the fact that they do not turn down bikes which are not purchased at their store. While this is very common among other bike shops in Japan, they seemed to be accepting all sorts of repair from simple puncture on commute bike to heavy customs on e-bikes.
There are lots of bike shops in Tokyo, who deal rare frames or have resident racer in, but when I have to decide the best bike shop I'd recommend to anyone who is or isn't interested in bikes, that would be Blue Lug. Worth the visit if you are in the area.
