There are 4 types of sashimi, rich sea urchin and octopus from Shimotsui, which is especially delicious. I also received soy sauce. If you add it, it has a more delicious taste. Next comes the boiled kinki, deep-sea fish of the scorpion family, and the taste of fat is good and delicious, which is my favorite of boiled fish ^^ When served with Japanese black beef steak and mustard, the original sweetness and umami of the meat was felt even stronger. The turban grill of turban shell is big size. Once all the meat is taken out and carefully cooked, it is returned to the jar and boiled in the soup stock. It tasted more delicate than the turban shell. I had a good drink, so let's go around here. Seasonal bamboo shoot rice is cooked in a clay pot, and the elegant seasonal flavor wraps the whole rice. The rich red broth was delicious until the end. Ochi Bizen, if you want to have a good time with friends, it's a private room, but the counter is also nice. We recommend the counter seats, which have a very nice atmosphere, so that you can have a drink with the season while talking with a gentle general. !
