ア	アットマークすすむ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 梅雨入りした皐月中盤戦、薄曇りの中を昼餉に訪れたのは丸の内の「ふや平」さん、久々の訪問、社用で何度が訪れています！。創業は寛永13年．．．伊達政宗公が逝去された年、岡山最古の懐石店さんです。隠れ家立地ですね、北側の座敷席からは岡山城お堀を一望できる絶景、生憎の曇り空でしたが料理の合間には景色を楽しみました。先附は5種、どれも繊細な造りですね。喜美寿司・くるみの岩石煮・鴨肉が特に美味しかったです。造里は4種、ひらめ・さわら・カンパチ・とり貝．．．炙りサワラは香ばしい味わいで良かったです。薫物は若竹煮、昆布出汁で繊細な味わい、量が多くてお腹いっぱいになります^^;　　和牛の網焼き、上質な黒毛で脂が甘いですね、胡椒も効いて美味しく頂きました。揚物はオコゼ、旬野菜と一緒に登場です。淡白ながら旨味の強いオコゼは絶品、肉に厚みがありしっかり堪能できました。食事はシンプルにご飯とすまし汁、魚身も入っていました。食後にはデザートを頂きながら暫しまったり．．．ふや平さんは岡山藩初代藩主、池田光政公が鳥取から岡山へのお国替えの際についてきた商家の１つと云われています。385年の歴史を誇る懐石料理、しっかり歴史と伝統を感じる王道の味付けでした(^^) "Fuyahira" from Marunouchi visited the mid-Satsuki match in the rainy season for lunch in the light cloudy weather, and has visited many times for company use! ..
