日が暮れて気温も一気に低下、今宵は外で液体燃料を注入です。仕事関係で二階座敷席を利用することの多い和楽さん、店を構えられての歴史はそれほど長くはないですがオープン当初から名店の名を縦にされておられます。 今日はカウンターに座らせて頂きます、木目が素晴らしいですね!!。昨日地元ローカル番組の放映があり、以降の問い合わせが凄かったそうです^^; (取材はほとんど受けられないとのことです!) 寒いので最初から焼酎湯割りでスタート、早速先附を頂きます。赤なまこ・ガラエビ・穴子の稚魚、どれも繊細な味わいですね、穴子稚魚の酢味噌和えはこの時期ならでは、淡白で清楚な味わいを楽しみました。 お造りは鰆・鯛・鰤・貝柱、どれもしっかり厚みがあります。身の締まった鯛は梅肉で頂きます、あっさりした鯛と梅肉がありますね。脂がしっかりのった寒ブリは絶品、厳冬期の恵みです^^ 握り2品は河豚と松葉ガニ、最盛期の両横綱が美味しくない訳がありません。河豚のコリコリ感もいいですが、カニ味噌がのった松葉ガニ握りを頂くと至福の瞬間が訪れます。 クエの煮込み、西ではモロコ呼称が一般的でしょうか。淡白な身は伝統出汁の中を泳いで素晴らしいアテに...さすが冬季の高級食材、身体がどんどん温まります。 焼き物は河豚とクエ、香味焼きにすることで繊細な身が香ばしい味わいに、量もしっかりでガツガツ齧り付きました。 椀物は真鴨、こちらも旬の素材ですね、適度に脂がのって美味、しっかりした肉質は好き嫌いあるかもしれませんが伝統の和食にはなくてならない素材です。 〆は穴子飯、地元瀬戸内ではどこでも獲れる魚ですが当店は寄島産を取り寄せられています、穴子の旨味がしっかり出た穴子飯は最高ですね、うなぎと違ってあっさり頂けます。 デザートはよもぎアイス、餅では定番の食材ですがアイスで頂くのは初めてかも...口内がすっきりしますね。 歳が近い大将とは色々な話題で終始盛り上がりました、仕事関係で伺うなら個室ですがプライベートな宵呑みではカウンターをお薦めします。公ではけっして書けない話題も豊富、最後まで楽しく過ごさせて頂きました(*^^*)

身内のお祝いで二階の座敷に伺いました。 メインのたいが特に美味しかったです。 コースで二時間、お料理の出るタイミングも丁度良く大変美味しくいただきました。
