b	barno111 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて伺いました。近所にあるのですが、散歩コースからは外れていて、2014年に開店したのを知りませんでした。ランチは、デザート付きで1,800円のコースのみ。前菜 + サラダorスープの選択 + メイン（肉or魚）+ デザート/コーヒーです。前菜は、キィッシュ、肉のパテ、自家製スモークサーモン、肉のテリーヌ、ラタトゥイユと盛り沢山。どれもおいしかったのですが、自家製のスモークサーモンは塩分が控えめで、その分厚切りでした。ねっとりとした歯ごたえが特徴的で、大変おいしかったです。また、ディッシュは暖かく、シェフの愛情感じました。私はスープを選択し、連れはサラダです。きのこのポタージュは、きのこの風味が感じられました。私のメインはチキン、連れはイナダです。チキンの火入れが実に絶妙で、皮はパリッと実はジューシーでとても柔らかく、粒マスタードのソースとの相性も良かったです。皮と実の間にローズマリーを挟み込むなど、料理に対するこだわりを感じました。自家製のデザートも、甘さが控えめで大人の味。ご馳走様でした。しかし、こんなランチを1,800円で出して、経営が成り立つのでしょうか。足しげく通って経営に貢献したいなあ。 I visited for the first time. Appetizer + salad or soup selection + main (meat or fish) + dessert / coffee. Appetizers include Kish, meat pate, homemade smoked salmon, meat terrine, ratatouille and many more. All were delicious, but the homemade smoked salmon had a modest amount of salt and was sliced thick. It was very delicious with its chewy texture. Also, the dish was warm and I felt the chef's love. I chose soup and my companion is a salad. The mushroom potage felt the flavor of the mushroom. My main is chicken and my companion is Inada. The chicken was very hot, the skin was crispy and juicy, and it was very soft, and it goes well with the sauce of grain mustard. I felt the commitment to cooking, such as sandwiching rosemary between the skin and the fruit. The homemade desserts have a moderate sweetness and an adult taste. It was a treat. M	M I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019年8月にディナーをいただきました。アミューズ、前菜2皿、魚料理、肉料理、デザートで6000円。私はお肉が苦手なので、魚料理2皿にしていただきましたが、他のみんなは牛フィレでした。どのお皿も美味しくて、大満足。ワインはボトルで3000円くらいからとリーズナブル。美味しいワインでした。こじんまりと落ち着いた、大人のお店です。 We had dinner in August 2019. Amuse, 2 dishes of appetizer, fish dishes, meat dishes and desserts are 6000 yen. I am not good at meat, so I had 2 dishes of fish dishes, but everyone else was beef fillet. All dishes are delicious and satisfying. Wine is reasonable from around 3000 yen in a bottle. It was delicious wine. This is a small and calm shop for adults.
サ	サイナス on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで何度かお邪魔しました。前菜、サラダ又はポタージュ、メインの肉か魚、コーヒーか紅茶のランチコース税抜き1500円とお店の努力の結晶という感じ。とても手の込んだ前菜が素晴らしくいきなりワクワクします。私は無類のポタージュ好きなので毎回趣向の凝らしたポタージュも楽しみ。今日は舞茸のポタージュでした。夏らしく冷製でちょっと塩気が強く、歩いてきたのでこの塩気で熱中症が吹っ飛び助かりました。メインはサーモンとポークでしたが悩んだ末にお肉に。これまたとても凝っていてホロホロに煮込んでさらに焼いたもの。二種のマスタードとパジル、トマトソース、上にパルミジャーノがかかっています。予約が取りにくいので取れたらラッキー。父娘の2人で切り盛りされ、こんな時期ですから大変でしょうが末永く営業してもらいたいです。私自身お店に絶対ご迷惑をかけないように最新の注意を払って伺っています。入店時必ず手を消毒する、無駄口をしない長居をしない。そこまでしても行きたいお店は限られますね。 I had some trouble during lunch. 胡	胡桃わんこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ やーっと予約がとれて、念願のランチに行って来ました！メインは魚をチョイスししてカジキマグロでした。左側がパン粉と香草で右側がチーズをのせてあり、色合いもキレイで、ふっくらして柔らかい焼き上がりでした。トマトのソースも添えてあり、こちらを混ぜるとスッキリした酸味で、また違った味わいとなりました。人参グラッセが添えてありましたが、普段だと苦手なのですが、青臭さがなく、人参自体の甘味が感じられるような味付けで食べやすかったです！サラダに山葵菜を使われてたりしたので、お野菜にも拘っていらっしゃるのかも知れませんね。また行きたいです。 I made a reservation and went to my long-cherished lunch!
