ゴ	ゴクリン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチBコースを頼みました。前菜はサーモン。脂が乗って美味しい。お魚は黒ムツ。柚子のソースと合います。お肉は牛頬肉の赤ワイン煮込み。柔らかくて絶品。パンもおかわり出来ました。デザートはフルーツタルトとアイスクリーム。飾り付けも綺麗で美味でした。夜の一品料理も美味しそうなので、今度は夜お伺いしたいです。 I ordered the lunch B course. The appetizer is salmon. It's delicious with fat. The fish is black gnomefish. It goes well with the yuzu sauce. The meat is beef cheeks stewed in red wine. Soft and exquisite. I was able to refill the bread. The desserts are fruit tarts and ice cream. The decoration was beautiful and delicious. The one-of-a-kind dish at night looks delicious, so I would like to visit you at night next time.
Y	YUTAKA ARAI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年１くらいでここ数年、ディナーで利用しています。個人的にはお気に入りなお店です。お店の名前はブラッスリーとありますが、パリでのブラッスリーとのイメージは異なります。パリでのお店の格式的で言うとビストロと言った方がしっくりきます。つまりはそれだけ料理をしっかり出してくれる料理店です。コース料理はどれも日本人の口に合い、とても美味しく思います。上野駅と言ったロケーションもそうですが、店内の感じは流石だなと思わせます。元々は上野駅の貴賓室だったとかで、落ち着いたアールデコ調です。ハイカラで料理を引き立ててくれます。ウエイターさんもしっかりしているので、何かあっても落ち着いて会話と食事が楽しめます。普段のパリにいるような気分で食事が出来る数少ないお店だと感じています。 I've been using it for dinner for the past few years, about once a year. Personally, this is my favorite shop. The name of the shop is brasserie, but the image of brasserie in Paris is different. The bistro is more suitable for the formal shop in Paris. In other words, it's a restaurant that serves food that much. All the course dishes are good for Japanese people and I think they are very delicious. As with the location of Ueno Station, the inside of the store seems to be a stone's throw. Originally it was a guest room at Ueno station, so it has a calm Art Deco style. It complements the dishes with high collars. The waiter is also solid, so you can enjoy conversation and meals calmly even if something happens. I feel that it is one of the few restaurants where you can eat as if you were in Paris.

Beside the central ticket gate, the entrance to the shop is outside the station. It's past 14:00 on Sunday. Lunch is 16:30 L.O, thank you. There is a casual atmosphere, so even one person can easily enjoy a luxurious French lunch. The inside of the store using the former Ueno station guest room was very nice ☆ no smoking. Y	Yoko Foodie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日ランチで訪問。最初間違えて手前のお店に入ったら喫茶店でした。レストランは奥でした笑お店に入ると店内は想像よりも広く、奥に案内されました。店内は高級感があり、品のある内装でとても居心地が良いです。ランチは2,500円、4,000円、6,000円の3つのコースがあり、2,500円のコースにしました。・大山鶏胸肉のパートブリック包みバルサミコソースパリパリ食感のパートブリックのなかに、粗みじんの鶏胸肉や、レーズン、りんごなどが入っている手の込んだ一品。ほのかに甘いです。スパイスも効いてます。・メバルのポワレレンコンの焼きリゾット大きなお皿ですが、きっちり温めてあり、ありがたかったです。メバルは脂すくなめで淡白ですが、揚げた薄いレンコンや、厚切りのレンコン、カリッとしたチーズ風味のリゾットと良いバランスでした。下にひいてあるサフラン風味のスープも美味しかったです。・蒸し焼きプリンと自家製アイスプリンはバニラビーンズが使われていてつるんとした口当たり。アイスはさっぱりしたミルクアイス、でした。スルッといけるプリンでした。・珈琲ラテにできますか？と伺ったところ、温めたミルクならできますと仰ってくださり、ありがたくラテをいただくことができまきた。フロアの方は、お水がなくなっていないか時々テーブルを見回りにきてつど注いでくださったり、次の料理を出すタイミングを調節くださってました。店内は静かで、上品な空気が流れているので、少人数での少しフォーマルな食事会や、お年を召した方がいる時などに良いと思います。 Visited for lunch on weekdays.
