At this location you can sit down and have a drink and after your drink you can pick a parrot to come hang out at your table. There is also a room where you can go interact with owls. They are a combination cafe / pet store, so if you like a bird then you can actually buy them. In contrast the Asakusa location is a big room where all the parrots are freely flying around. There is no cafe in the Asakusa location, just a big bird room, a smaller room with owls, and a place to buy trinkets. If you want to play with lots of parrots then I think Asakusa is better, but if you want to have a more relaxed time with a drink and a single bird, then the main store is ideal.
