味は変わらず美味しいです。
予約をして行ったのですが、店員さんが、他の方の予約と混同したようで、違う料理がでてきて残念でした。
メニューが変更されていたようでしたが、こちらが聞くまで何も説明がされませんでした。
お料理は、本当に美味しかったので、改善の期待を込めて、☆５にさせていただきます。

アワビや和牛の鉄板焼きはもちろんのこと、なんといってもこのお店の一番オススメは蟹味噌のサラダです！臭みのまったくない蟹味噌の旨味と香りを楽しめる逸品。鉄板焼きを焼いているところも楽しめるのでカウンターがおすすめ！

やはりお肉の質は秀逸で、特にハンバーグは肉の旨味が感じられました。
所々、トリュフを散りばめてくれるので、素敵な香りも相まってとても幸せな食事を摂らせていただきました。
とても美味しかったです。
店員の方もよく気がついてくださり、親切にご対応いただきました。
もちろん単価はそれなりに高めなのですが、お肉や料理に見合った値段かと思います。
庶民なので頻繁に行けるわけではなく、やはり特別なタイミングで行くようなお店になってしまいますが、ぜひまた伺いたいと思いました。

Of course, the unit price is rather high, but I think the price is commensurate with the meat and food.
I'm a commoner, so I can't go there often, and it's a shop that I go to at special times, but I definitely wanted to visit again.
