★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 系列店のイタリアンやスパニッシュ、ショットバーなどにはよく行くので、和食も行ってみたいとずっと思っていました。
この日は他のお店が軒並み満席だったため、タイミング良く行く事が出来ました。
お店の雰囲気は上品な感じで、年齢層もやや高め。
かなり期待を膨らませていたのですが…
どうやら常連さんがメインみたいです。
正直、接客対応に関してはかなりガッカリ。
フロアのスタッフ、カウンターのスタッフ共に、全然配慮も気配りも足りなくて、料理を運んだ時も説明が無く、これでこの値段なの？とビックリ。
預けたコートに付いてる番号は何のため？何度も間違うし、挨拶１つにも心がこもっていない。
よほどのことが無ければ、もぅ行くことはないです。
本当に残念。

To be honest, I was quite disappointed when it came to serving customers.
Both the staff on the floor and the staff at the counter are not at all careful and attentive, and there is no explanation when carrying food, is this the price? I was surprised.
What is the number on the coat I deposited? I make mistakes over and over, and I don't have a single greeting.
If there is nothing good, you will never go.
I'm really sorry.

お料理は全体的にまとまってル感じ。
ごま豆腐のデザートみたいな料理はうまかったなぁー

ビールはハートランドだったかなぁ〜?
泡がキメ細やかで
日本酒も基本は一合ですが2合など
融通を聞いてくれます。
スタッフの皆さんの対応もとても良かった。
また、お伺いしようと思うお店の1つです。
人気なのがわかるお店でした。
