若い女性店員の対応が悪かった。イレギュラー案件だったから仕方ないかもしれないが、店員側が手続きの順序を何も分からずずっとコールセンターに電話して長時間放ったらかしにされた。なのに自分は悪くないかのように振る舞い、手続き全て完了したと言われたのに翌日また呼び出された。

ほんとこのショップ最悪でした。 UQのプラン見直しと変更のため、3/31web予約を取っていましたが仕事が早く終わったので早めに伺いました。 この日ガラケーが終了するため激混み。 承知の上で順番が来るまで外出して待つことに。 いざ、電話がきて伺ったらUQのプラン変更がこの店舗ではできないと。 え、なんでそれ最初に教えてくれないの?? 受付時に伝えたよね? この待ってた1時間半なんだったの?? しまいには受付したスタッフのせいにするとかなんなの?? 自宅の最寄りのショップがwebでの予約が取れなかったのでわざわざ鷺沼店に来たことも受付時にお伝えしてましたが 店員からしたらそんなの関係ないんでしょうね。 電車賃返してほしい。 この店舗ほんとに最悪です。

This was only my experience, the sales staff had only one English speaking person, who after about 30 minutes of reviewing my information attempted to convince me that I needed to spend about a $1,000 USD on a new iPhone and contract service saying that I didn't have the right status for typical standard service plan. When I presented the additional pieces of ID she attempted to "nicely" pretend that they didn't count. So I smiled and left the store. Thankfully, a local friend enlightened me prior to when I was supposed to return to that particular store. This is only my one experience with this single AU and single sales person. I doubt it reflects the entire AU system or staffing but this was my experience.
