★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんは知識が豊富で態度も問題なし。説明が親切でわかり易い。家電量販店で契約すると特典がある代わりに分かりにくい特約をつけられたりするのでスマホや携帯に詳しくない人はYmobileのお店で契約するのが賢明だと思います。鷺沼店はおすすめです。
The clerk is knowledgeable and has no problem with attitude. The explanation is kind and easy to understand. If you contract at a consumer electronics retailer, you will get an incognito special contract instead of a bonus, so I think it's wise for people not familiar with smartphones and mobile phones to contract at a Ymobile store. Kakinuma store is recommended.

サービス悪いのはワイモバイルだからかな……や、よそはもう少し柔軟対応してくれたりするからお店単位で差があるのかな？
帰りに出口まで見送るのはいいからもう少しサービス良くして。
店内に流れてる音楽が大抵センス悪い。
でも一生懸命やってるのはなんだか分かる。
When I use it I always have no waiting time.
Whether the service is bad is Wai Mobile Kana ... or, else it will respond a little more flexibly so I wonder if there is a difference in each shop?
It is good to see off to the exit on the way home so please improve the service a bit more.
Music flowing in the store is often bad sense.
But I understand what I am trying hard.
